THE CHALLENGE

All Raise hosts the largest conference for women in venture capital. The bar was already high. The mandate was to surpass it — driving record revenue, expanding the audience, deepening sponsor relationships, and making the Summit a cultural moment, not just an industry event.

OUR APPROACH

We built a comprehensive brand and GTM strategy around a single organizing idea: What a VC Looks Like. The omnichannel campaign challenged the industry's default image of who belongs in venture capital and gave the Summit a distinct narrative that resonated far beyond the event itself.

The strategy operated across four tracks:

  • Revenue and partnerships: Recruited and activated 41 brand partners including Google Cloud and Salesforce, building sponsor packages that delivered real value and earned long-term relationships

  • Audience growth and acquisition: Developed a full-funnel acquisition strategy that drove 600+ attendees, with 22% new to All Raise — proof the brand was expanding its reach, not just retaining its base

  • Content and social: Executed an integrated content strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram that grew total audience by 45.6K, drove +75% Twitter engagement, and generated +34% in social impressions

  • Experience and activation: Designed integrated merch, live activations, and interstitial ads to inspire user-generated content and extend visibility beyond the venue. The result was the most diverse Summit in All Raise history, with 20% Black, Latino, and Indigenous attendees

THE RESULTS

  • $1.1M in total revenue

  • $620K in sponsorships, up +37% YoY

  • Earned media coverage in Forbes and TechCrunch, amplifying the brand well past the conference floor
